Equirus - Relationship Manager - Customer Service (4-6 yrs)
Qualification:
- Graduation
Prior Experience:
- Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in Service or other customer service role in Banking or AMC will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Excel, CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Knowledge of Bonds transaction will be an added advantage.
Other Skills :
- Ability to learn about investment products and services and describe/explain them to clients.
- Good communication & Interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Roles and Responsibilities :
- The candidate will be required to provide support to Clients and Relationship Managers for investment-related activities across all asset classes and investment products
- Candidate must be extremely organized in terms of paperwork, filing, documentation (both physical and electronic)
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client requirements at once
- Coordination with RTA / AMC / any other Stakeholder.
- Handling various day to day transaction activities.
- Effective handling & monitoring day to day Operations viz transaction processing,
effective allotment / pay outs, monitoring Controls, KYC, Audits etc.
