- This role is for one of the best start-up company in the world of construction equipment space (www.equipshare.in ) which is focused on innovating rental space of equipments and thus giving birth to more renters. A growing construction marketplace for people to list, discover, and book equipments - online, from a mobile phone or tablet, the company offers a start-up's pace balanced with values-oriented.
Key responsibilities :
- Owning marketing & business metrics for the organization and coordinating marketing activities to drive the same.
- Driving growth through the usage of marketing channels & levers & cross functional coordination.
- Marketing planning, business projections, budget planning and tracking achievements vs. targets
- Marketing mix planning for new user acquisition and retention and engagement activities
- Continuous monitoring and tracking of key business and marketing metrics, initiating cross functional course corrections, marketing initiatives
- Interacting with city teams (city heads & marketing leads) to drive growth, monitor daily, weekly and monthly business metrics, implement measures to drive business, and review activities, initiatives, and achievement vs target.
- Planning monthly and quarterly marketing calendars at a city & national level and coordinating with teams to drive implementation of the same.
- Spearheading projects across functions to drive growth across cities.
- Setting up national promotions, working closely with sales and vendor teams to drive trade discounts through national chains to drive growth
- ROI measurement of various marketing activities and communication of the same to different stakeholders
- Responsible for new customer acquisition across areas and cities handling a sizable marketing budget
- Team management - Driving a team of 10+ people across the country to achieve targets
- The role will be based out of Mumbai and report to the Founder
- ~30% of travel time to other cities
Candidate requirements :
- MBA from a top tier institute with between 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience of managing a team
- Should possess exceptionally strong analytical, communication, data skills
- eCommerce experience/Brand management experience ideal
- Knowledge of all facets of marketing particularly ATL, BTL
- Understanding and experience in digital marketing (paid & retention) in addition to offline experience ideal
