Roles, Responsibilities and Desired profile :

1. Source Quality Channel Partners for the Thane Projects

2. Close deals with walk-in and channel partner sourced clients

3. Has an existing connect with multiple channel partners in the Thane market

4. Good Communication and Presentable, ability to communicate with clients effectively.

5. Command on Hindi and Marathi would be an added advantage.

6. Understanding and updated regarding the competition in the market

7. Should be Open to cross sell for other projects.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Minimum should be a Graduate

- Atleast 3-8 yrs Real estate experience in the Thane Market

- Should have a good Executive Presence
