Qualification - Graduate/Post-graduate (preferred) MBA - marketing
Responsibilities :
- Set goals and develop plans for business & revenue growth.
- Researching, planning & implementing new target market initiatives.
- Generate leads and move through the sales scale.
- Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
- Setting goals for the business development team & developing strategies to meet those goals.
- Give trainings to the business development staff.
- Attending conferences and industry events.
- Define the Standard Operating Procedures for effective sale
- Manage the logistics & CRM in department.
Skills required :
Good communication skill - Must be able to communicate with clients of all backgrounds & education levels.
Organization skills - Must be comfortable juggling numerous clients, on- and off- site meetings and deadlines.
Time management skills - Must be comfortable managing a calendar & adjusting their scheduled as needed.
Technical & computer skills - Must have advance knowledge of technical and computer skills (Ms excel, sales software, online sites, etc.).
Self-motivation - Must be goal oriented, must have proactive, flexibility.
