Our flagship product, Smi-fi, embodies innovation and efficiency, offering automation, energy monitoring, appliance health tracking, cost reduction, safety alerts, and smart scheduling-all at your fingertips.-Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. As a Business Development Manager at EpVi, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and driving growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market penetration.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development efforts with brand messaging.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

- Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.

- Develop and set clear, achievable sales goals and targets for your team members and also make sure that their targets are achieved on time.

- Revise sales strategies that will enable the company to achieve its revenue targets, and execute plans to achieve them.

- You will be responsible for training, motivating and managing the sales team and also ensure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to meet their targets.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities and potential areas for improvement.

- You are required to build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, Builder's , Hotels and PGs .

- Provide regular reports to the senior management team about overall growth of the sales department and revenue generation.

Qualifiications :

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of energy management solutions and technology.

- Preferred- degree in B. Tech and Post Graduate with MBA.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.

Salary: - 40,000 - 80,000 per month
