Epsum Labs - Manager - Sales (3-5 yrs)
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in working with renowned OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) or System Integrators in the IT or Industrial Automation services domain. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) along with an MBA in Marketing, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation and Prospecting : Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Develop and nurture relationships with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
Business Development : Proactively identify and pursue business opportunities to expand the Client database and develop innovative approaches to penetrate new markets and segments.
Strategic Sales Planning : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth in alignment with organizational goals.
Lead Conversion : Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Present our product/service offerings persuasively, address Client concerns, and negotiate terms to secure profitable contracts.
Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential Clients, market trends, and competitive activities. Utilize findings to formulate effective sales strategies.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting : Accurately forecast sales targets and monitor performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements for management review.
Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to remain competitive. Continuously refine sales techniques and approaches based on feedback and results.
