Responsibilities:

- Responsible for researching, developing, and launching new products for a company. Responds to company initiatives by driving new products to meet customer needs.

- Grow company revenues by designing itineraries as per customer requirement if required developing new products.

- Work with vendors to continuously improve existing products in terms of customer experience and company profitability.

- Develop and maintain good database of suppliers such as Hotels, Airlines, DMCs, freelance tour managers, Visa agents.

- Participate in trade shows, industry meets to create a positive image about the company.

- Network with tourism development boards of important tourist Countries/States and have a good working relationship.

- Maintain the P&L of each project file.

- Work as a in abler and support to sales team and help them closing deals.

- To attend customer meetings as product Specialist.

- To continuously update own knowledge to come up with USPs of existing destinations and also suggest new unique destinations with detail itineraries.

- Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
