Responsibilities :
1. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat.
2. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
3. Analyze and report product malfunctions ( for example, by testing different scenario or impersonating users).
4. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
5. Share feature request and effective work arounds with team members.
6. Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
7. Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
