As an International Voice Process Associate, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and support to our international clientele. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally and efficiently.
2. Provide accurate information, assistance, and support to customers regarding products/services, orders, billing inquiries, and technical issues.
3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or team for resolution.
4. Follow-up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
5. Maintain customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy, patience, and attentiveness during interactions.
6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using CRM software.
7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
8. Stay updated on product/service knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
