Epione Pain Management - Executive - Front Office (0-10 yrs)
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Handle incoming calls, direct them to appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Administrative Support:
- Manage scheduling for conference rooms and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and order new ones as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Customer Service:
- Ensure that visitors are directed to the correct department or personnel.
- Address customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a log of visitors and manage security protocols for visitors.
Coordination:
- Communicate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist the HR or administrative department with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Help in organizing company events, meetings, and appointments.
Technology & Communication:
- Use computer software such as MS Office to perform administrative tasks.
- Manage internal communication tools and update relevant stakeholders on meetings or appointments.
- Ensure the phone system, email accounts, and other front office technologies are functional and up-to-date.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
