Epigamia - Area Sales Manager (7-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Key Account Business Development.
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly business plan. This includes planning and executing city sales targets, breaking them down per Sales Officer, demand forecasting and primary ordering from factory.
- Plan and execute city infrastructure keeping in mind the growth plans. (Infrastructure includes people, vehicles, depots, office and chillers)
- Develop and execute Business plan for Regional MT in conjunction with National KAM.
- Develop and execute Business plan for Regional Offices of National chains and handle operational issues in conjunction with National KAM.
- Provide required training to Sales Officers
- Coordinate for trade marketing plans with marketing team.
