- Responsible to plan & achieve distribution sales targets through primary and secondary sales of Four cities i.e. Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Amritsar & Jalandhar. Position is based out of Chandigarh

- Formulate & execute the secondary sales plan Area wise, SE wise, Brand wise, SKU-wise

- To be Responsible for the appointing new distributors / retaining existing one.

- Leading and motivating the sales force

- Timely claims settlement and ROI calculation for distributors

- Educate and train the distributors on systems & processes

- Ensure optimal stocking levels and high billing efficiency for all distributors

- Ensure distributor compliance to agreed service levels & credit terms


- Review distributor financial health

- To ensure that Trade Marketing activities are carried out as per norms laid down.

- Ensure market hygiene i.e. placement of POS materials & increase brand visibility in market

- To develop new business plan in order to increase volume/value sales.

- Support & Provide feedback on marketing plans for the area

- To motivate, train & develop ASE / ASOs for achievement of Targets

- Facilitate and support training for the field force. Active role in developing their Skills.

- Monitor competitor activity and ensure timely reporting of the same

- Responsible to manage & handle Team of more than 20 members
