Epicenter - Executive - Inside Sales (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Handing overqualified leads to sales teams with the objective of closing the sale
- Creating and maintaining account lists, contact databases to supplement lead generation efforts
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business
- Need to have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales in outbound calling and emailing.
- Should have hands on experience in using marketing automation platforms and CRM
- Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable
- Must be familiar with technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, speech to Text. Any certification in this would be added advantage (for Tech business).

- Should be tech savvy and comfortable using a combination of lead nurturing tools

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate + MBA (Specialization in Sales/Marketing preferred)
