ePaisa - Manager - Enterprise Sales (2-4 yrs)

WHAT WE SEEK

We are seeking Enterprise Sales Managers. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for running the entire sales process from pipeline building to initial outreach and through contract negotiation to closure. This will mean creating sales opportunities by diligently identifying prospects and by effectively following up on sales leads.

You will be responsible for taking ePaisa solution to potential enterprise and closing deals to increase revenue. Should have credible existing network and pipeline to carry out sales activity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Undertake development activities (meets, proposals, pitches) Network & build relationships with key-people, decisions makers across brands and merchants to win new business.

- Engage and strategize with senior level executives at client companies to demonstrate how our application can create value for their business by empowering their Front-line sales and customer care teams.

- Understanding the client requirements (needs analysis) and come up with the solution and pitch the product as per the clients need.

- Constantly set higher benchmarks in adherence to processes and identify and make improvements in process, efficiency, enablement, and productivity Competencies.

- Analyzing leads and opportunities to identify prospects and strategize sales pitch.

- The incumbent will be responsible for Managing, Direct Customer sales for entire application.

- Responsibilities also include interacting with various enterprises for requirements, to achieve sales target numerically & revenue wise.

- Must promptly provide solution to any customer grievance that may arise in one off situation post sales.

- Must take part in weekly commit calls along with field sales resource to provide weekly, monthly & quarterly sales forecast as per the sales calendar.

- Will have to identify immediate needs of the Enterprise and create the required sales funnel as per the sales metrics.

PREFERRED SKILL :

- Experience and/or aptitude for solution selling to the companies or enterprise and consultative client engagement

- Must have the ability to professionally and effectively deliver presentations to small and large Enterprise.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively

- Keen eye to detail/Attention to detail

- Know how about creating a Strategic sales development plan, financial plan and business case for both customer and company for the proposed solution

- Should have handled Solution selling independently.

- Must have Handled Top Enterprise or regional enterprises, in region directly.
