EOR Sales Specialist - B2B Vertical (1-3 yrs)
Avance Consulting Services is hiring for the role of EOR Sales Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate :
- Lead Generation : Actively prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking to generate leads.
- Sales Presentations : Create and deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of EOR services.
- Client Conversion : Ensure high lead-to-conversion ratios by developing relationships with clients and addressing their unique needs.
- Vendor Relationships : Establish and maintain connections with vendors across different geographies, negotiating for cost-effective solutions.
- Compliance Management : Create and maintain a compliance database for various states, ensuring all operations adhere to local laws.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks associated with client contracts and ensure proactive measures are in place to mitigate defaults.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the business development team to facilitate a seamless handover of qualified leads and provide support throughout the sales process.
- Market Monitoring : Continuously analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in EOR services or related fields.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Understanding of compliance requirements within the payroll industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking sales activities and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the HR/EOR/IT staffing industry.
