Envigo - Account Manager - Sales (4-9 yrs)
Envigo is looking for an Account Manager who would relish playing a major role within a fast growing business. Ideally from a digital agency background, the Account Manager will work closely with all internal departments; creative, marketing, design and development to deliver successful and leading edge digital solutions for our clients.
Acting as the main point of contact for clients the candidate will be adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exemplar levels of customer service, and capable of managing and delivering often complex projects for your clients independently, within agreed budget and timescales.
The Account Manager will have a breadth of knowledge across a few digital disciplines, including but not limited to knowledge of; CMS systems, web design and build, e-commerce, mobile web and apps, SEO, PPC, Social media, email marketing and online advertising. Any prior experience in any of the above is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for all aspects of account management that includes understanding client business models and expectation and ensuring flawless delivery
- Project Management of various client projects and deliveries
- Will be responsible for identifying expansion of current services and in identifying additional service opportunities for existing clients
- Will articulate client requirements to internal teams to ensure that the delivery process is as smooth as possible
- Manage clients SLA's and own service delivery to ensure that the work delivery is within the defined SLA
- Forecast and track Key Account Metrics
- Ensure timely delivery of invoice orders on project completion

Candidate Profile:
- MBA in marketing and sales with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferably in Digital or development agency
- Graduate with 3-5 years of industry experience with at least 2 years in digital marketing or development agency
- Should have knowledge about digital channels and practices
