Entropik Tech is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a Media, Advertising or Market Research industry experience to help us expand our clientele for AffectLab.io and future products of the company. AffectLab is an Emotional Intelligence platform that is used by Brands and Marketing/Advertising/Research firms for content and product research. You will be the business front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective growth strategy. The role is a mix of hunting new accounts and growing existing accounts based out of the location.

Requisites :

Must have 4+ years of proven business development experience in Market research, Advertising agency or Marketing technology. Has established a strong network in the Marketing and Advertising space including Brands, Agencies and Production houses.

Responsibilities :

- Develop a growth plan for AffectLab.io and future products in assigned geography

- Qualifying leads and pro-active pursuit of opportunities

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients

- Anchor the sales cycle working with Product Management and Pre-sales

- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

- Develop BD executives into valuable salespeople

- Keep records of sales, periodic updates to CRM and reports to Management
