Job Description :
- 5-10 years of proven business development experience in market research industry
- Entropik Tech is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager from Market Research background to help us expand our clientele for AffectLab.io in Mumbai.
- You will be the face of the company in Mumbai and will have to create and apply an effective growth strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients from the - Media Production House | Brand / Marketing Agency | Creative Agency | Consumer Brands.
KRA :
- Develop and own the growth strategy for Mumbai area
- Drive and achieve sales target for the region
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Train BD executives into valuable sales force
Background :
- Self-Starter & experience in handling B2B sales.
- Strong Organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Customer service Oriented & Flexible, Self-Composed in high pressure or continually changing situations.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Ability to develop and manage CXOs level conversations and relationships
