Entropik Tech - Consumer Insights Role (3-7 yrs)
Job Description:
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters, a degree in Marketing/Market Research will be preferred
Experience: 4-7 years

Data Analysis :
- Convert complex data into understandable tables, graphs, written reports, and actionable insights
- Real-time analysis of meta-level data to come out with broader level actionable insights
- Incorporation of multi modal data to create an overall understanding
Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong consumer research (quantitative/qualitative) background of a minimum of 4 years
- Highly proficient in MS Advanced Excel, Power-point, Word
- Knowledge and experience of any data analysis tool is a plus
- Create research design as per objectives defined
- Interact with vendors and decide on the Field Work venue
- Conduct the actual fieldwork and respond to real-time queries
- Respond to requests for data and information from the client
- Identify trends, gaps, successes and challenges in the division
Report Creation:
- Assist in designing reports, score cards, and other analytical tools to support information needs
- Respond to client's queries and come up with the solutions
Upsell/Cross-Sell:
- With the support of Sales, teams identify revenue generation opportunities- Upsell & Cross-sell and
contribute to Top-line.
Skill Requirement:
- Is process-oriented and have a keen eye to optimize wherever possible
- Have excellent written communication skills.
- Is inspired by concepts like out of box thinking, customer first and wow user experience
- Do not mind going an extra mile to deliver your outcome, there is no boundary
- Excellent communication oral and written skills
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
