We are a Horticulture-landscaping company in Delhi which is majorly promoting plants and eco-friendly products.
Job description
Technical Skills :-
a) Lead Operations in Soft-Landscape development, maintenance, Hard-Landscape, & Irrigation
b) Development, supervision, management labourers, vendors and supplies. Project Planning and execution.
c) Implementing, monitoring, evaluate and review daily and long term/range design, planning, coordination, inspection, control, and budgeting pertaining to Pre & Post landscape construction operations.
d) Coordinating in-house with the different inter - departments of Architects, contractors and agencies for the smooth execution of work
e) Lead Operations in Soft-Landscape development, maintenance & refurbishments of landscapes, skilled horticulture labour handling & aesthetics of project.
f) Development, supervision & management of gardens, lawn stretches, Avenues, parking lots, biodiversity spots at client locations through contract management.
g) Implementing, monitoring, evaluation and review of daily and long term/range design, planning, coordination, inspection, control, and budgeting pertaining to Pre & Post landscape construction operations & service rendered.
h) Designing new processes & quality manuals for impeccable services suiting site needs at various locations in landscape maintenance.
i) Coordinate with Client, Architects, Engineers and contractors for streamlining of quality service method.
j) Resources management, value engineering, Labour management, Liaising & regulations of landscape.
