Job Description:
- Should have the ability to source, evaluate & understand Telesales Data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Should have the ability to understand the customer journey & suggest improvements to marketing & product to drive higher Telesales & conversion rates.
- Should be able to own the Telesales Target
- Should have had prior hands on telesales experience and prior experience managing a team that had aggressive growth targets
- Able to motivate & manage a sales team.
- Should be able to present the sales team performance and key successes and challenges/opportunities for improvement.
