About the Role:

- Managing & overseeing all social media channels (current and future) for the brand

- Improving social media presence, planning, conceiving & executing social marketing campaigns & contests

- Understanding organic growth, engagement and growing followers on Instagram, Facebook and other channels

- Good understanding of the Influencer ecosystem and able to collaborate and grow the brand

- Experience of building a loyal online community across different social channels

- Able to create sustained and meaningful conversation on #Cashdaddy and engage audiences

- Grow Brand Interaction, engagement and overall reputation

- Working to increase audience satisfaction & generate relevant UGC from the community

- Researching, analysing & capitalizing on relevant social media trends, including social media ad revenue & web visitor data

- Working across departments & stakeholders to promote the overall brand through social media channels and partnerships/collaborations

- Operating knowledge of Brand VIS & creative aesthetics

- Sound knowledge of social listening tools like CrowdTangle, social posting tools like Hootsuite, TweetDeck etc., and Google Analytics Who should apply:

- Someone who understands the Product Marketing universe and has 1-2 years of relevant experience in growing & scaling a brand

- Passionate about launching product in the existing market & create brand position in industry as a whole

- Someone who is data-driven and analytical and can work to weekly & monthly targets 


Job Responsibilities :

- Developing engaging & innovative content for regularly scheduled posts - combination of engaging, interactive and brand-focused content

- Coordinating and aligning with CRM, Marketing, Content & Sourcing teams and other departments for weekly & monthly campaigns

- Working closely and coordinating with the editorial and social team on content strategies in order to drive maximum engagement and traffic to social media platforms & the website

- Audits and analyses social media presence of the brand from time to time and keeps it aligned with the brand VIS and marketing strategy

- Periodic competitor audit and monitoring relevant activity within similar social brands

- Responsible for carrying out data crunching for social media and meeting deadlines and targets on a consistent basis

- Planning and maintaining an editorial calendar with a mix of topical, evergreen and event-based content

- Working with internal and external content creators & collaborators to create brand chatter
