Enterprise Sales Specialist - SaaS Product (4-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying business opportunities by hunting, qualifying prospects, and evaluating their position in the industry; analyzing and validating sales transactions.
- You are skilled at generating your own leads through various channels, networking, and driving your territory.
- Capable of handling the entire sales cycle end to end, leading to closures
- Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending products & solutions.
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching customers' KYC and Onboarding compliance norms & current processes and recommending appropriatefs offerings.
- Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that proposed offerings meet client expectations
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational sessions/workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- A seasoned sales professional with an innate hunter mentality who has a proven track record of over-achieving sales revenue growth targets.
- Ability to sell in FIs and someone who has handled & closed large deals leaping over million dollars in B2B SaaS sales setting.
- Someone with a strong understanding of the BFSI / Fintech marketplace, challenges and trends with strong industry connections.
- Good understanding of the SaaS world products and 4+ years experience in the Enterprise / SaaS Sales role with a Business Management Degree from a Top University
- Passionate about what you do, the ability to be creative and think on the feet to find a way around any situation and deliver
- Great at building relationships and providing a client-focused solutions experience - A self-starter and a hard worker with strong and effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills who can articulate complex concepts to clients.
- Good negotiation skills & the ability to influence decisions.
- A talented and motivated individual who takes ownership & successfully works towards closing deals.
