- Mandatory (Experience 1) - 3+ YOE in Technology/Digital Product sales for Enterprise/B2B Clients
- Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have Experience in selling Tech/IT/B2B SaaS products
- Mandatory (Experience 3) - Experience in face-to-face discussion with C-level/CXO-level Executives
- Mandatory (Company) - B2B SaaS or IT Services Company only
Highly Preferred (Company) - HR Tech Space Companies ( E.g.- Keka, Darwin, Lever, Leena.ai, Spring Verify, Ongrid, etc.)
Role & Responsibilities :
- The job role entails conducting market research, generating leads, and actively engaging with C-level/CXO-level executives to effectively present Internshala Enterprise's recruitment and talent engagement solutions.
- Connect and engage with at least 20-25 prospects on a daily basis.
- Build and manage relationships, and regular follow-up with the prospect.
- Actively track accounts using a Sales CRM platform, manage the process, and update weekly tracking of all qualified prospects.
- Conceptualize & implement effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.
- Schedule web demos, and sales appointments for all Sales Managers and help them in the sales qualification of leads.
