Enterprise Sales Specialist (3-8 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities:
- MUST have Experience in selling Tech / IT / B2B SaaS products
- Actively engaging with C-level / CXO-level executives from organizations with over 1000 employees.
- Effectively presenting company's Enterprise's recruitment and talent engagement solutions.
- Building and managing relationships with prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups.
- Conceptualizing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.
- Connecting with relevant stakeholders.
- Doing initial product positioning.
- Mapping customer account for strong stakeholder management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to sell and interact with CXO profiles of large Enterprises.
Ideal Candidate:
- MUST have Experience in selling Tech / IT / B2B SaaS products
- MUST have experience visiting B2B clients' offices for Sales
- Demonstrates sales aptitude and is assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated.
- Has excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is self-confident with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Is analytically strong with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Is able to work independently as well as with the team.
