Enterprise Sales Role - Telecom MPLS/VSAT/LeasedLine/Managed Service (5-8 yrs)

i. Business growth in Enterprise vertical.

iii. New initiatives in offerings, marketing, strategic tie-ups with Technology partners.

Responsibilities:
Top line :
A. Overall Sales growth in Enterprise segment.
B. Ownership of issues, challenges, opportunities and mitigating threats in the above-mentioned business lines.
C. Ensure profitability in the Accounts handled
1. Business Strategies -
(i) Establishing Sales and Marketing strategies and operationalize actions to maximize business performance within accepted risk boundaries.
(ii) Promoting Company's vision, mission and values and ensuring achievement of goals and objectives of the approved strategic plan
(iii) Building Customer acquisition and retention strategies ensuring complete customer satisfaction
2. Financial Management :
(i) Drawing-up annual budget forecasts for approval.
(ii) Establishing financial strategies pertaining to - Profitability, Recoveries and optimal Cost Management for the assigned business verticals.
3. Customer Relationship Management -
(i) Develop and effectively influence customer's choice of being the preferred vendor within the Group's framework on Code of Conduct.
(ii) Seek and build healthy relationships with key account's decision-making teams and periodically interface them with key stakeholders.
(iii) All customer-oriented processes - from Pre-Sales to Delivery to Customer feedback is managed well internally to ensure high Customer Satisfaction score.
4. People Management :
(i) Develop team of meritocracy and culturally aligned to values and ethical standards.
(ii) Develop healthy working relationships with peers, reporting Manager, cross-company teams.
