Enterprise Sales Role - Logistics Firm (2-6 yrs)
- Our client works with enterprises to take up intricate work across the service lines of auditing, diligence, assessments, proctoring, last-mile delivery, new business development, and digital gigs, which have to be done in distributed locations PAN India at a large scale. On the other hand, they also manage the job cycle for gig workers end to end, starting from selecting correct gig workers to training them and getting them to complete tasks in the required quality in their locality. They are looking for hiring an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join their team located in Bangalore. The candidate should be highly motivated, collaborative, and an opportunity mapper with a passion for value proposition.
Duties And Responsibilities :
1. Generating qualified leads by rigorously prospecting and researching in the given market.
2. Establish a strong rapport with potential clients via phone/email to set up meetings for the enterprise sales teams.
3. Research and build intelligence on organisations to identify new opportunities and markets.
4. Lead email campaigns to identify, connect and educate potential clients on the benefits and value of Awign's offerings.
5. Understand the processes of different industries relevant to Awign through secondary research and build Use Cases for business/industries.
6. Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
7. Understand Inbound lead's requirements, connect and qualify them.
8. Develop and execute strategy that will help build quality pipeline via prospecting with customers.
9. Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified leads or requirements.
10. Assist in making business proposals, case studies, presentations, content marketing, etc.
Required Skills And Experience
1. Ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including prospect lists, inbound marketing leads through discovery and individual research
2. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively with respect to launching email campaigns.
3. Ability to understand/explain concepts and ideas in a simple, clear and concise manner
4. Ability to handle stressful situations and bond professionally with clients.
5. Can dabble with any of the popular CRM tools and MS Office.
6. Very good market research, Email campaign and B2B lead generation skills.
7. Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years B2B Lead Generation Experience in Service Industry.
Qualification Required :
- Any graduate. Post graduate with relevant experience.
