Job Title: Sales Executive - IT Products (Enterprise & SMB)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, specifically in selling IT products to Enterprise and SMB clients. You will be responsible for selling products like switches, routers, firewalls, cabling, CCTV, wireless solutions, video conferencing, EPABX systems, and displays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell IT Products: Promote and sell a variety of IT products (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Cabling, CCTV, Wireless, Video Conferencing, EPABX, Displays, etc.) to Enterprise and SMB clients.

- Build Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and find new customers to grow the business.

- Generate Leads: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.

- Present & Demonstrate Products: Show clients how our products can benefit their business through product demos and presentations.

- Negotiate & Close Sales: Negotiate prices and terms to close deals and meet sales goals.

- Stay Updated on Products: Keep up with new IT trends and products to provide the best advice to clients.

- Track Sales: Record sales activities and customer interactions, and provide regular sales updates.

- Work with Teams: Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.

- Required Skills & Experience:-

- 2 to 4 years of sales experience in IT products (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Cabling, CCTV, Wireless, Video Conferencing, EPABX, Displays).

- Experience working with Enterprise and SMB clients.

- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and solutions.

- Strong communication and people skills to build good relationships with clients.

- Good negotiation skills and ability to close deals.

- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and with a team.

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in B2B sales in the IT industry.
