Enterprise Sales Role - Executive Search Firm (4-10 yrs)
Phenom has been growing like crazy since 2011. In 2011, we had roughly 20 employees. In 2015, we had around 90 phenoms and today we- re more than 1200+ Phenoms across the globe. Right now, we- re looking to hire an Enterprise Sales Executive to cover a large territory (more than 100 target accounts) and develop a pipeline to grow the business and help you to be successful in your life. You- ll need to grow and manage over a $1M+ pipeline each quarter. In order to build this pipeline, you- ll use your top of funnel skills to get these conversations going. The Phenom TXM product has many conversation starter angles as it is the most comprehensive Talent Acquisition technology on the market. Your responsibility will be to get access to influencers and decision-makers to get these conversations started and ultimately closed.
- In talent acquisition, there are main business pains to solve. Once identified, your job will be to articulate the business problems really well. Then forecast ROI for the prospect and do a customized product demo to show how it all works. Ideally, the prospect will embrace transforming their business by using an intelligent career site that uses AI and machine learning to enhance the candidate experience, while supercharging the recruiter experience to make each recruiter super productive.
Each day you can expect to :
- Learn (there is a way to be successful here - we- ll show you) Be active in your pipeline - moving the deal up or out fast (don- t waste your time)
- Make dials to schedule discovery and demo meetings (at least 75 per week)
- Conduct powerful product demos (solve prospect pain - show a better way)
- Drive opportunities through the sales cycle to close (- yes- to signature)
- Be creative and find ways to shrink time Know the competition well enough to decipher competitive differences
- Assist with building attendance to webinars and events Source & develop client relationships and referrals
- Proactively manage your schedule, leads, and pipeline

Education :
Work Experience :
To be successful in this role, you will need the following :
- 5-10+ years saas sales experience Industry experience selling HR or recruitment technology Strategic executive level relationships in Enterprise Organizations Experience navigating complex sales cycles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, driven and results oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus Positive energy and proven results
