Enterprise Sales Role - ERP (8-12 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for sales in the Indian market for an Enterprise SaaS Product.
- Building sales pipeline through primary and secondary research.
- Connecting with relevant stakeholders.
- Doing initial product positioning.
- Mapping customer account for strong stakeholder management.
- Coordinating with Pre-sales team on getting Demos/POCs conducted.
- Conducting Commercial negotiations leading to closure and contracting.
- Collecting payments from customers and managing customer relationships.
- Independently managing a deal size ARR of 40L minimum.
- Having a strong track record of achieving targets in Enterprise SaaS sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to sell and interact with CXO profiles of large Enterprises.
Ideal Candidate :
- Master's Degree.
- Experience of at least 8 years in sales with a minimum of 4 years in Enterprise SaaS.
- Consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills.
- Solid business development & acquisition experience.
- Strong relationship and account management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and data analysis to drive sales performance.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels - internally as well as externally.
- Experience working in virtual teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
