Role :
- Responsible to drive acquisition for the organization from different medium size and large size enterprises in order to deliver progressive revenue targets.
- To own entire sales cycle right from generating leads, negotiating and closing the deals involving multiple stakeholders including both internal external.
- Research, map, develop and nurture strong relationships at multiple levels with the existing and new enterprise partners.
- Developing and growing existing business by upselling and cross-selling the additional services.
- Evangelize the company over all kinds of social channels to generate visibility leads for your domain accounts.
- Work closely with the marketing team to reach out to potential customers and ensure the effective deal closures within minimum timeline.
- Own day to day relationships with clients and take responsibility for aligning cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on agreed services and deliverable.
Requirements :
- Masters degree with minimum 5+ years of work experience in new business acquisition and managing senior client-level relationships.
- Experience in structuring mid to large deals and successfully negotiating with CXOs, CHROs, LD Heads and LD Managers.
- Prior experience in an Education/Services Sales (e-learning industry) will be an added advantage.
- Should be a go getter, willing to roll up sleeves and take on tasks necessary to get the job done
