Enterprise Sales Professional - eCommerce (4-6 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
The job role entails conducting market research, generating leads, and actively engaging with C-level/CXO-level executives to effectively present Internshala Enterprise's recruitment and talent engagement solutions.
- Connect and engage with at least 20-25 prospects on a daily basis.
- Build and manage relationships, and regular follow-up with the prospect.
- Actively track accounts using a Sales CRM platform, manage the process, and update weekly tracking of all qualified prospects.
- Conceptualize & implement effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.
- Schedule web demos, and sales appointments for all Sales Managers and help them in the sales qualification of leads.

- Demonstrates sales aptitude and is assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated.
- Has excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is self-confident with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks.
- Is able to work independently as well as with the team.
