Enterprise Channel Sales Partner (5-8 yrs)
- As a Channel Sales Partner, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our enterprise software licenses through indirect sales channels.
- You will identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with key distributors, resellers, and partners across South East Asia and MENA regions.
- Your goal is to expand market reach, increase sales revenue, and build strong, long-term relationships with our partners.
Key Responsibilities :
Channel Development :
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners in the target regions, focusing on corporates, staffing companies, recruitment agencies, and universities.
Partner Management :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing them with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively sell our software solutions.
Sales Strategy :
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement channel sales strategies and plans that align with business objectives and market needs.
Market Analysis :
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges in the South East Asia and MENA regions, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
Performance Tracking :
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded. Provide regular reports and updates to management.
Training & Enablement :
- Organize and conduct training sessions for partners on product features, benefits, and sales techniques to enhance their selling capabilities.
Marketing Collaboration :
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop joint marketing campaigns and promotional activities with partners to drive product awareness and lead generation.
Compliance & Reporting :
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of partner agreements, sales activities, and financial transactions.
Qualifications :
Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably within the enterprise software industry.
- Experience in the recruitment, ATS, or talent management sectors is a plus.
Market Knowledge :
- Strong understanding of the South East Asia and MENA regions, including key markets, business practices, and cultural nuances.
Sales Acumen :
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through indirect sales channels.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
Communication Skills :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills relevant to the target regions are a plus.
Relationship Building :
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients. Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
Travel :
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
