Enterprise Business Development & Sales Role (4-9 yrs)
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.
Responsibilities :
- Owing Lead Generation and experience in the complete sales cycle.
- Own the entire proposal process: identify customer needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals
- Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments
- Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications
- Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data
- Onboard recruiters and be the first point of contact for recruiters to solve their queries regarding products.
- Giving internal teams feedback and support about the problems that recruiters face.
- High levels of quality customer engagement ensure they reach success as soon as possible.
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand others- viewpoints.
- Relationship-building and analytical abilities.
- Along with the Customer Success Team, you will help to identify and resolve challenges with product adoption encountered by our customers.
Work Experience - 4+years in Enterprise Sales
Salary - as per industry and last drawn CTC
Location - Noida Sector 4 (Work from the office)
