Enterprise Account Manager - IT - US Region (7-10 yrs)
Opportunity
Looking for an Enterprise Account Manager for it's US region market. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years experience in account management and enterprise deal handling. You will be in an independent contributor role reporting directly to the head of sales. You will also be working in close conjunction with the customer success team to make sure all possible avenues of revenue generation from an account are explored.
Years of experience
- At least 5 years experience in account management, with a quota carrying role and experience in closing new business.
- This role does not pertain to churn prevention.
- It is purely based on expanding existing and new portfolio.
- The enterprise account manager will get a high-value portfolio for expansion activity and will also be responsible for closing larger deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and close enterprise-grade deals
- Work on an existing portfolio of accounts and work on greater penetration within the organization
- Be responsible for both new business closure and expanding the existing portfolio
- Develop innovative ways to improve customer engagement while working in tandem with marketing
