Enterprise Account Manager (4-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement Sales and Marketing Plans to sell the company's solutions to current and potential clients.
- New Business Development and driving revenue targets from new clients across India and MENA region
- Nurture and drive revenues from key existing accounts
- Create new business channels across India and MENA
- Build and promote the company brand
- Identify and resolve client queries and concerns
- Taking new consulting solutions to market
Critical Functional and Behavioral Skills:
- Ability to understand different HR Solutions, their key differentiators and to present them to prospective clients
- A strong sense of initiative, ownership and motivation for new business development
- Great presentation, influencing and communication skills
- Ability to start and nurture customers' engagement and build great customer relationships

- High level of energy and drive for constant customer connect and internal stakeholder engagement
- Ability to drive sales funnels from prospecting to close and delivery to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
