Technical Support Executive
Description :
1. Provide technical support to clients on company's software.
2. Use intellect and knowledge to solve client's issues related to our software/hardware.
3. Assist the teachers/school staff or provide assistance for uploading of assignment /home work /activity projects etc.
4. Ensuring entry of new students details in our school management software on time with the help of admission team.
5. Maintain the sibling record with the help of data received from school and retrieval of students records for the school in case there is need by the school authority with an intimation to the Support Team positively.
Skills Required :
- Good communication skills to build a successful rapport with the target audience.
- Confident, creative, initiative, accurate.
- Flexible approach, highly reliable, works well under pressure.
- Self-motivated + team player + person people
- Organizational skills : multi-tasking, prioritizing, planning, preparation, follow-up.
