- Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.
- Calling Prospective Customers for purchasing or selling property.
- Making appointments and passing on details to sales team.
- Screening buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price.
- Determining clients- needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
