Roles and Responsibilities
- Minimum 4-10 years of experience in Events
- Preferable experience organizing weddings and large scale corporate and lifestyle events in India and overseas
- Should have an in depth understanding and knowledge of event production and operations and should be able to grasp and oversee hospitality and logistics movements of an event
- Excellent client relation skills and must be able to network and help with business development to bring in new leads as well as service existing leads for both events and weddings
- Must be detail oriented, quality conscious and have a good design aesthetic
- Strong negotiating skills with hotels and vendors
- Must be able to work under pressure and on various projects simultaneously and autonomously; ability to multi-task is essential.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage a large team and ensure smooth operations on ground
- Strong organizational skill and detail oriented approach
- Should be comfortable with MS office suite - Word/PPT/Excel/Coral/Photoshop/Illustrator
