The role:
- This role will be part of the customer success team and will handle user experience and queries relating to the product.
- We are looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for interacting with people and understanding and resolving issues.
- Handle incoming customer queries about our mobile products.
- Collate feedback and give inputs to the product team to improve the product.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management, and follow up to ensure they are resolved.
- Maintain a good rapport with every customer.
- Speak to VPs, GMs and other users to help them understand the product or learning intervention objectives.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, and participants and Maintain a good rapport.
- Make sure each customer is happy and find patterns to build a knowledge base and documentation.
Candidate Profile :
- Strong passion to help people and great listening skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Thorough working knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is mandatory.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with a young team.
- Can follow a defined process diligently and get the work done.
