enParadigm - Manager - Customer Success (2-3 yrs)
Role Responsibilities:
- The first point of contact for customers for delivery excellence and is available to answer any in-bound questions or calls.
- Is instrumental in developing customer relationships that helps teams improve customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Maintain excellent service going above and beyond to ensure customer delight & retention.
- You will be at the forefront of the delivery cycle - managing client expectations, workshop attendance, participant experience and overall feedback.
- Ensure smooth roll-out of simulation workshops and self-learning technology products.
- Candidate should have experience in doing the following process,
Onboarding : Assisting customers in setting up and integrating the company's products and services.
Relationship management : Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact for any issues or concerns they may have.
Retention : Working to retain customers by providing excellent customer experience and resolving the roadblocks
Upselling : Identifying opportunities to upsell customers on additional products and services that may benefit them
Customer feedback : Soliciting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas where the company's products and services can be improved.
- Data analysis : Analyzing customer data to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences and using this information to improve the customer experience.
Candidate requirement :
- Education : Any graduate.
- Experience : Candidate should have 2-3 years of experience working in a B2B product-based company.
- Candidate should have handled Enterprise Clients managing stakeholders across levels.
- Candidate should engage decision makers by meeting them. Candidate should send MIS reports to them on a monthly basis.
- Candidates should collaborate with other teams within the company, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that the customers' needs are being met.
- Location : Mumbai or Bangalore
