Enking International - Assistant Manager - Sales (3-8 yrs)
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Identification of sales leads from various sources
- Development of identified leads into workable opportunities
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for internal / external training.
- Preparation and allocation of new captured opportunities to sales team through internal / external sources.
- Assisting your manager in preparing sales reports.
- Build and maintain client relations.
- Work with internal departments such as the Marketing teams to engage. audiences and clients more deeply.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
- Possess deep knowledge of business offering and value proposition.
- Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department.
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored. sales solutions
- Be a brand ambassador and always reflect company values.
- Represent EKI in conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Work with stakeholders of local carbon markets (if exits).
Job qualification :
- It's essential for a Sales Manager to hold a formal qualification, and experience in similar roles or the industry (Carbon foot print, Renewable energy, Climate Change, Forestry, Waste Management) are considered of great value. If candidates do hold degrees, they typically come from the below fields:
