- Strategic Business Development : Identify and pursue lucrative business opportunities through direct merchant acquisition and strategic partnerships with industry leaders.

- Merchant Engagement : Foster strong relationships with enterprise & SMB merchants, understanding their payment needs, and positioning our solutions as the premier choice.

- Partner Collaboration : Collaborate closely with strategic partners and alliances catering to large merchant bases, positioning our solutions as a valuable addition to their offerings.

- Solution Consultation : Conduct thorough consultations with merchants and partners, tailoring solutions to meet their unique requirements.

- Sales Pipeline Management : Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

- Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and regulations, providing insights to inform our strategy.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales initiatives.

- Performance Tracking : Monitor sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth.

'Qualification :

You should excel in this role, if you meet the below criteria:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 5-12 years of progressive sales experience in payment gateway solutions or related fintech products.

- Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including merchant acquiring and digital commerce.

- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with enterprise merchants and strategic partners.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions and influence stakeholders.

- Results-driven mindset with strong strategic thinking abilities.

- Collaborative spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
