Responsibilities :
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
- Connect with potential clients telephonically/virtually to determine their needs
- Build a rapport with customer through friendly and engaging conversation
- Conduct Product demonstrations & handling customer questions and inquiries
- Capture customer information through research from internet and other sources
- Meeting periodical targets as per organizational requirements
Requirements :
Education : Graduation or equivalent (PG preferred)
- 2+ years of sales/inside-sales experience
- Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience preferred
- Competency in English is mandatory
- Acquaintance with telephonic and digital communication strategies
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Good WIFI/Internet Connection
