- Handle incoming phone calls, chats and email.

- Enhance relationships with customer through interactive communication

- Provide accurate, and complete information by using the right methods & tools.

- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets

- Manage complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

- Streamline records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

You should excel in this role, if you have :

- Bachelor's degree (Not Mandatory)

- 1-3 years of experience (Freshers can apply)

- Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) software, and CRM Software.

- Instructional proficiency with sound communication skills (Hindi & English).

- Excellent knowledge of modern instructional methods and tools.

- Exceptional time management skills and a critical thinker.

- Good listening skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team if required.

- Exceptional ability to multi-task between managing operations & training.

- Good presentation skills.

- Comfortable to work 6 Days a Week with rotating shifts.
