Job Overview :


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Cluster Sales Manager for our FMCG Non-Food division. This role involves leading and managing sales operations across multiple regions to drive revenue growth, develop strong relationships with clients, and ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy Development :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned cluster.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Team Leadership :

- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors in the cluster.

- Conduct regular business reviews and ensure client satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Sales Execution :

- Oversee the execution of sales plans and promotions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Market Analysis :

- Conduct regular market assessments to identify emerging trends and shifts in consumer behavior.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional activities with sales strategies.

Budget Management :

- Prepare and manage the sales budget for the cluster, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

- Monitor expenditures and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.

Reporting :

- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and report findings to stakeholders.
