Job Summary:

We are seeking a candidate with 6 months to 2 years of experience in student counselling, career guidance, or academic advising. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide students toward the right courses and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires

- Consult students and guardians on available courses, career prospects, and admission processes.

- Understand students' interests, qualifications, and goals to recommend relevant programs.

- Handle daily inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Assist students in the enrollment process, providing necessary guidance and support.

- Maintain and update student records, inquiries, and follow-ups in the system.

- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve enrollment targets.

- Conduct career counseling sessions, seminars, and webinars as needed.

- Stay updated with industry trends and educational developments to provide accurate guidance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's and Master's degree in management or related field

Requirements:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in counselling, academic advising, or sales in the education sector.

- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

- Ability to handle student queries and provide solutions effectively.

- Experience in CRM and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.

- Passion for helping students and a goal-oriented mindset.
