Engine Sales Role - Export - Tractor Division (7-15 yrs)
Company : Tractor Division
Qualification- B.Tech (Agri./Mech./Auto.)
Experience- 7+ Yrs
Base Location- Faridabad
KEY RESPONSIBLE AREAS (KRAs):
- Planning for Sales - Setting monthly/quarterly/yearly plan with his team.
- Sales Volumes & Market share achievement in his areas as per the agreed plan.
- Implementing activity plan at his dealerships, its execution & monitoring, to create awareness in the market.
- Monitoring competition activity in his areas, passing on critical information to HQ.
- Managing dealership health & coordinating the service effort in his areas.
- Build Brand Equity in his area through Activities, sales Promotions, Advertising etc.
- To ensure that quality and environment policy is well understood, implemented and maintained in his office as well as depots and regional offices.
- Support New Product Development by Market Intelligence, Surveys, providing market brief and periodic customer feedback
Note : International market experience is compulsory.
