Enggmech Engineers - Executive - Sales (0-4 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of Sales & Marketing in the assigned zone to achieve the sales objectives.
2. To plan and strategize the sales and marketing activities for the assigned zone and act accordingly post approval from the top management.
3. Ensure the achievement of sales target in the assigned zone.
4. Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping check on monthly/Weekly basis.
5. Ensure satisfactory resolution of client/dealer queries and concerns in timely manner.
6. To develop and communicate product & system schemes and offers to the team and ensures its implementation.
7. To align with the marketing team for organizing meets and conferences at zonal level for building a prospective client database.
8. Identify the critical/burning issues of the assigned zone affecting sales & take remedial action/escalate wherever needed.
9. Continuously identify gaps & ensure performance management of the sales team & sales support staff.
