Engagement Manager (4-9 yrs)

In the short to medium term, we need help to service our clients more efficiently and are looking for people aligned with our vision. We are looking to expand our top management team and you can put your people skills to good and impactful use.
Responsibilities :
- Lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Work towards generating new business
- Owning the renewal of contracts for captive account base
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
Requirements :
- One should demonstrably know the best practices in client management and project management.
